- Day 1: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding
The first day of the trek will be about the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and later trek to Phakding. It will be a 35-minute flight with the most scenic views on the way. The landing in Lukla early morning means that we will begin our trek to reach Phakding by the end of the day.
- Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
As we spend the night at Phakding, our 2nd day begins with the early morning breakfast and the walk towards Namche Bazaar. Crossing beautiful pine trees and walking alongside Dudh Koshi river, we will be moving along in our journey. Trekkers will have spectacular views of Mount Thamserku along with Sagarmatha National Park on the way. After 7 hours of trek, we will be reaching Namche Bazaar.
- Day 3: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
Two full days of trekking mean that we will have a rest day. Acclimatization is the key when we talk about the Everest Base Camp Trek. Namche Bazaar will be the acclimatization destination for the day.
- Day 4: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
After we spend the full day in Namche Bazaar, the journey moves towards Tengboche. It will be a windy day as the altitude keeps increasing. Reaching Tengboche monastery means that you will find stupas, prayer flags, and Mani walls all along the way. By the end of the day, we will be reaching the historical Tengboche.
- Day 5: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche
On the 5th morning, we will be visiting one of the oldest monasteries of Buddhism. Tengboche worship will be completed early morning as we move through the alpine forest to Upper Pangboche and finally into Tsuro Wog Villages. All along the way, you will find mountains like Taboche, Mount Thamserku, Mount Ama Dablam, etc.
- Day 6: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Things slow down again on the 6th day of yoga training with Everest Trek. It is the day of acclimatization at Dingboche. Small hikes will be conducted towards Chhukung village, and we will explore Dingboche in detail.
- Day 7: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche
The early morning breakfast leads us to Khumbu Khola and towards Duglha. One of the oldest villages in the region, the trail is hard. Rugged roads, along with the memorial flags and memory stones, will make the journey slightly easier. Viewing through Khumbuste, Lingtren, and Pumori, we will reach Lobuche.
- Day 8: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep and EBC
On the 8th day of the trek, we will be touching the Everest Base Camp foothills. Early morning, we will start the journey towards Gorakshep and later reach Everest Base Camp. We will have to return to Gorakshep for the stay, but not without getting the 360 ° view of the tallest mountain in the world.
- Day 9: Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar and down to Pheriche
The day of the return comes, but we will be reaching Kalapatthar early in the morning. It is the highest point of the trek with a beautiful sunrise view of Mount Everest. Following that, we will be returning to Gorakshep and later to Pheriche.
- Day 10: Trek from Pheriche to Namche

- Day 11: Trek from Namche to Phakding
A steep day of trek awaits you. Trekking around the banks of the Dudhkoshi River means that the trail gets tough on the day. We walk slowly, and after 7 hours of a sturdy trek, we will climb a suspension bridge. Lastly, Phakding is where we end by the end of the day.
The trek will be steeply downward today. We will be crossing around Dudh Koshi River. The trail is tough, so we walk slowly. Climbing through a suspension bridge, the journey will go through Phakding.
- Day 12: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
