Yoga can be the life-changing weapon of our life because it provides us with satisfaction with our life and the feeling of security.

Dhampus is a village which is situated in Kaski district where Gurung and Magar communities are lived. If it is the flowering season of rhododendron, we can see the red jungles on our way. We will get the peace on our mind and beauty on our eyes during Dhampus yoga trek.
