Daily Schedule
7:30 am- Yoga Asana

8:30 am- Breakfast

2:00 pm – Lunch

The lunch is vegetarian and is cooked by our talented chefs. You can even request them to cook one of your favorite dishes.
4:00 pm – Yoga Asana
The second round of yoga asana begins after lunch. Like the previous yoga asana, it focuses on applying the basics until a strong foundation is built. Once the base is strong, the tutor will put you through an advanced program where you will truly appreciate the beauty of yoga.
5:00 pm – Breathing, Chanting and Yoga Philosophy
Understanding the yogic philosophies is just as important as practicing it. The teacher will take you through the very roots of yoga and to where it is now. The class is filled with facts and fiction of famous sages and writers. Do not doze off as you might miss crucial information.
