Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Kali Gandaki River rafting excites you for the swashbuckling adventure in the white water. About few hours of drive from Pokhara, the destination becomes shorter as soon as the Naya Pool comes in your sight because you will only have to trek for few hours before reaching to your put-in point. It is the place where confluence of Modi Khola has occurred with mega Kali Gandaki River. The distance of the river that will be rafted is about 55 kilometers which ends at Mirme. From Mirme, the bus journey will take you to Pokhara in about 5 hours of drive.

Itinerary

Day 01 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Arrival to Kathmandu

The landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu will be followed by the hearty welcome and warm greetings of The Trek Nepal’s representatives by receiving you for the hotel.

Day 02 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Drive to Pokhara.

Along the Prithvi Highway, the bus will take you to Pokhara within 6/7 hours of drive. Overnight stay will be at a hotel.

Day 03 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Drive to Nayapul and trek for few hours.

The distance of about 70 kilometers between Pokhara and Nayapul will be completed within 4 hours of drive. Then few hours of walk will take you to the put-in point Modi Khola. The exciting rafting adventures begins from here thought today will be rested at Modi Khola in a camp.

Day 04 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Rafting from Modi Khola to Purtighat

Scintillating and soul-catching view of Annapurna I and Himachuli will feast you with the joy of contentment and gratification for its presence in front of you while dribbling down on the swift  flow and rapids of class 4.

Day 05 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Purtighat to Mirmi and drive to Pokhara

There is a place called Setibeni, which comes in between Purtighat and Mirmi, popular for its biggest rock in Asia which is worshiped as a God by Hindu people.

Day 06 Kali Gandaki River Rafting

Drive back to Kathmandu
